Your employer benefit, explained
How HomeClose Advantage Works
From your first conversation to closing day, we guide you every step of the way — at no cost to you.
A benefit that puts money back in your pocket
HomeClose Advantage is an employer-sponsored home buying benefit that connects you with a dedicated Realtor and Lender who credit a portion of their compensation back to you at closing.
There is no cost to participate. No hidden fees. No strings attached. Your employer has arranged this benefit so you can buy a home with more confidence and more savings.
The process
Four simple steps to your new home
Confirm your eligibility
Verify your participation through Mary Brown. These benefits are transferable to close friends and family members through their connection to you.
No paperwork required at this stage — a quick phone call or email is all it takes.
Connect with your benefit team
You'll be introduced to Mary Brown, your dedicated Realtor, and Brandon Cuellar, your dedicated Loan Officer. Both are committed to your success and have agreed to credit a portion of their compensation back to you.
Mary credits 0.5% of the purchase price. Brandon credits 1% of the financed loan amount.
Find your home and secure financing
Work with Mary to tour homes and submit an offer, while Brandon handles your pre-approval and mortgage. Your team coordinates closely so nothing falls through the cracks.
Use the Savings Calculator to estimate your credits before you even start shopping.
Close and receive your credits
At closing, your Realtor credit and Lender credit are applied directly — reducing your cash to close or covering closing costs. You walk away with real savings on one of life's biggest purchases.
Credits cannot exceed your total cash to close. Your closing attorney or title company will confirm the final amounts.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Is there any cost to me as an employee?
No. HomeClose Advantage is entirely free to participate in. Your employer has arranged this benefit on your behalf, and both Mary and Brandon voluntarily credit a portion of their compensation back to you.
Can I use my own Realtor or Lender?
The credits are specific to working with Mary Brown and Brandon Cuellar, who have agreed to participate in the program. Using a different agent or lender would not include the HomeClose Advantage credits.
When exactly do I receive the credits?
Both credits are applied at the closing table. They reduce your cash to close or offset closing costs — you'll see them itemized on your Closing Disclosure before signing.
What if my purchase price or loan amount changes?
The credits are calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price and financed amount, so they automatically adjust. Use the Savings Calculator on our site to estimate at any stage of your search.
Do the credits affect my mortgage approval?
Lender credits are a standard part of the mortgage process and are disclosed to your lender. Brandon will walk you through how they're structured so there are no surprises during underwriting.
